I’ve got a bunch of feels on this scene. #Out of everything that has happened to Elena Gilbert the worst thing is still her parent’s death. #It’s still the one that rips her apart down to her very soul. #The one moment that if she could change it she would. In a heart beat. #Stefan saved her that night. Her father told him to save her. Refused to be saved himself. For her. #A large piece of her died that night and she’ll never be that Elena again. Even if all the vampire shit hadn’t happened. #And now. After everything. #After her parents death. And Vampire. Katherine coming to town and so many people dying. And Klaus. #Stefan fucking takes her there! There to where it all began. Where her life went to hell. #And not just that he takes her there to die. #So she’s scared out of her fucking mind. #It’s like full circle for them. That bridge. #He may not have intended to kill her but how could she know? He’s not the Stefan she knew anymore. #This is a Stefan that tore up his old promises of never hurting her and never scaring her. #This is a Stefan that Damon can’t even sometimes predict. #And he fucking takes her to Wickery Bridge to die another little death. #Fuck anyone who says Elena should forgive Stefan. Or go back to him. NO. Just no. #Being terrorized by the one thing the ONE thing that can bring you to your knees by someone you love is not okay.

 # damon may have threatened her # hell he tried to turn her brother into a vampire # but this? # stefan knows how much this hurts her # he could have chosen any other fucking bridge # not only did he almost turn her # (and it klaus didn’t blink he would have) # he pretended to try and kill her where her parents fucking died # the moment that haunts her every day # and i’m sorry # but i literally cannot see how people can make excuses for stefan after this # i love stefan but he can’t be with elena ever again # not after this
